Who provides this service

Paperka is operated by Dmytro Zozulia as an independent project. These terms cover your use of the website and of the PDF files it generates for you. Using the site means you accept them.

The website is intended for use by adults. Many templates are made for learners, but they are configured and printed by an adult, who is responsible for what is generated and for how the printed material is used.

What you may do with the files

Paperka grants you a non-exclusive permission to use generated PDFs, without attribution, for personal use, classroom and tutoring use, homeschooling, and internal use inside a business or organisation, subject to these terms.

For those permitted uses, you may print copies, give printed copies to students, colleagues, clients, or family, and place a generated page inside a larger non-resale workbook or internal document that you produce.

A few limits keep the project sustainable.

• Do not sell, sublicense, or republish generated PDFs as a standalone or bundled printable product, and do not upload them to stock, template, or printable marketplaces, unless you have written permission.
• Do not present Paperka's generators as your own service, and do not embed them in a paid product without written permission.
• Do not use the site in a way that degrades availability for other people, including automated bulk generation and scraping at abusive rates.

No warranty

The tools are provided as they are. Page geometry is generated specifically for US Letter and A4, but printer drivers, scaling settings, and hardware margins differ between machines. You are responsible for checking a file at actual size before producing a class set.

Some generators include automated consistency checks: for example, maze routes and Sudoku solution counts are checked in code, while answer pages are produced from the same generated exercise data. Automated checks reduce errors but do not guarantee that every file, setting combination, or answer is error-free. Review important material yourself before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

Paperka is provided free of charge. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for wasted paper or ink, missed deadlines, loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or its files. A reported defect may be investigated, but no correction or response time is guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Availability and changes

Tools, options, and default values may change as templates are improved. Existing generator URLs are kept stable where possible, but a bookmarked settings link may render slightly differently after a template is revised. There is no uptime guarantee.

Advertising

The site may be funded by advertising supplied through Google. Paperka does not create or endorse third-party advertisements and cannot guarantee which ad will be selected. Use any reporting control shown with the ad or contact Paperka with enough detail to investigate; removal or blocking is not guaranteed.

Content ownership

The site software, branding, templates, and editorial material may be protected by copyright and other rights to the extent provided by law. Third-party software, names, and services remain subject to their respective owners' rights and licences. You retain whatever rights you have in text or other material you enter, and you are responsible for having permission to use it. The licence above governs use of generated PDFs; it does not grant a right to copy the website, its source code, or guide articles wholesale.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, where the operator is based, without affecting mandatory consumer rights you hold where you live. Questions about these terms go to zozuliadv@gmail.com.

These terms are updated when the service or the way it is funded changes. The date at the top of the page reflects the current version.
